AN Studio VVT

AN Studio VVT is an apartment in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, offering studio units and a spa suite, each with a kitchen and a view over the city. The studios are single-room units: the Deluxe has a sofa bed beside its large king-size bed, while the Standard and Superior each have one large king-size bed. The Superior is larger than the Standard, at 39 m² against 32 m².

Free private parking is possible on site, though a reservation is needed, and free WiFi covers the rooms. The building has a lift, luggage storage and an ATM on site. A coffee house is also on site, and room service is offered.

Outdoor space is a strong point, with a sun terrace, a garden, outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub. Inside the units you will find a kitchenette with a microwave and an electric kettle, a dining area, a seating area, a desk, a wardrobe, towels and a pants press.

Banana Leaf and Ba Hoàng-Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang are both 50 m away, and Rucolaa Kitchen Juice and Cafe Coc are at the same distance, so a meal or a coffee is close at hand. Culture Park, 150 m away, is a small green space a few steps from the entrance. The city centre is about 900 m from the property, roughly a ten-minute walk.

Saigon Railway Station is 1.6 km away, Ben Thanh Station 1 km and the Bến xe buýt Sài Gòn bus station 1.1 km. Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 4.6 km from the property, so a taxi is the most direct way to reach it with luggage. The sights below are all within 2 km, so you can walk to most of them.

The War Remnants Museum is 200 m away, a museum on the Vietnam War with aircraft and tanks displayed outside. Tao Dan Park, 400 m away, is a green space for a morning walk, and Independence Palace, 450 m away, is one of the historic landmarks of the city centre. The Ho Chi Minh City Museum is 900 m away. The Hakka Thien Hau Temple is 550 m away. Nha Rong Wharf, 2 km away, is the historic wharf from which Ho Chi Minh left Vietnam in 1911.
